Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation Policy
At Wiild Thing, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we’ve set the following guidelines for returns and refunds:
Returns
We can only accept returns for products that are:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging with seals intact
Steps to Request a Return:
- Submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product, request can be submited via https://wiildthing.in/apps/return_prime
- Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email at support@wiildthing.in with your order ID and reason for the return.
- Share images or videos of the product for verification.
- If approved, we will initiate the return process. For lost, damaged, mishandled, or expired products, we will refund the full amount paid.
Return Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- For returns due to our negligence (damaged, mishandled, or expired products), we will cover the return shipping costs up to a maximum of ₹250.
- If the return is for any other reason, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Lost/Damaged/Mishandled Products:
- If your package or product appears to be tampered with or damaged upon delivery, record a video of the courier box and product packaging, including the shipping label and contents.
- Notify us within 24 - 48 hours of delivery with the video as evidence to support the return claim via https://wiildthing.in/apps/return_prime or contact support@wiildthing.in.
- Keep the product and packaging in their original condition to avoid any issues during the return process.
Unacceptable Returns:
We will not accept returns for the following:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Return requests are made after 48 hours of delivery.
Products That Can't Be Returned:
- Some products may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Original Packaging:
Products must be returned in their original packaging, including the box, manufacturer's packaging, and any accessories. If this is not followed, we may return the product to you at your own cost.
Refund Process:
- If you qualify for a refund (due to damage, mishandling, or any other valid reason), we will process the refund after approval.
- Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.
